How company information is prepared
We use company websites and supporting public information to establish a business’s identity, published contact details, offered services and stated service area. Where a business profile is used, its identity and contact information are matched with the company’s own sources. The evidence behind a listing is retained for later review.
A service area describes where work is offered; it does not establish an office or a completed project in every city. We do not turn a business’s marketing claims into a SubsTX certification, rating or recommendation.
Our editorial approach
Company summaries are written for SubsTX from the supported facts. A city-service description focuses on that company’s relevant work in the requested market, while a company page brings its broader commercial capabilities together. Service guides help readers define an assignment and prepare questions; general planning advice is kept separate from claims about a particular business.
When a source does not establish a detail, we leave it out. Contact information and service offerings can change, so a source check is not a promise about current availability, pricing, insurance or project suitability.

What SubsTX does not do
SubsTX does not book work, collect a contractor commission, participate in a service agreement, or replace project-specific due diligence. Users and companies communicate directly.
